This project started when I noticed my friends in the property management business were struggling. They were paying expensive subscription fees for rigid, off-the-shelf software to manage their tenants, yet they still faced massive communication overhead every month. They needed something simpler, more cost-effective, and tailored to their actual workflow. So, I built a solution to fix exactly that.

How It Works
The core objective of the Tenancy Management System (TMS) is to eliminate friction and reduce communication costs between property managers and their tenants.
Instead of juggling multiple spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and expensive third-party tools, TMS brings everything into one centralized dashboard. It automates rent reminders, tracks maintenance requests efficiently, and provides a clear overview of tenant statuses without the constant back-and-forth messaging.
By creating a bespoke system, my friends were able to cancel their costly software subscriptions and regain hours of their time every week, allowing them to focus on scaling their property portfolios instead of doing administrative busywork.
